    It has been several months since you replaced my roof. First, thank you for your professional approach to helping me with my roof repair choices, your discussions were excellent and help me come to a decision on whom I should chose. Because, your focus was on not only getting my roof repaired but insuring that this type of wind damage would be minimize during future storms really set me a ease. I was also pleased that you took interest in working with my insurance company and homeowners association as needed to provide quality job that met the requirements of my homeowners association.

    As for the job, I can not say enough about how pleased I was with your work. Your workmanship was a pleasant surprise to me because the job was done ahead of schedule and with no interruption of our family life at the home. The most important part of your job you performed for me was your top notch quality work you and your crew performed. I was not able to say anything about your workmanship quality until the roof had its first test a high wind storm. Well since your repair of my roof we have had three high wind storms (with wind gusts up to 45-60 mph) and zero damage to the roof. This confirms that your repair methods, which you spoke to us about during our roof initial roof assessment work.

  • Our deciding factor to use you for our roof project was the fact that you were willing and able to work with our insurance company in getting our roof replaced. After going back and forth with our insurance company, trying to convince them that not only did we need a new roof but the decking also needed to be replaced. It turn out to be a fight back and forth because they would not agree with us that the decking needed replacement. Thanks to you for taking photos of the poor condition the decking was in were they finally convinced it needed replacing.
    Your strongest points/strengths was that your work is very satisfactory and well done !! In fact you stood with us in fighting the insurance company and turning them around. Also Thanks !!!!!

  • I liked how patient you and your mom were and how ya’ll would answer my questions. You remember my roof had extra problems and ya’ll were great dealing with the insurance company. I guess it is normal but I am still pulling a few nails out of the bushes. I think we will some benefit also this summer from the extra ventilation you recommended.
